Music during LDing
I have been trying to LD but I have been raped by extreme urges to move.
Do you guys listen to any music when LDing? If so what song?

the extreme urege to move is your mind testing if your body has shut down for the night. unfortunately, you just have to stick them out if you wanna WILD. if you were just trying to get to sleep normally, it just means you had stayed awake in bed a little longer.
I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.
