Hey guys,
Recently, I'm started trying my luck with WBTB.
I was told that, after waking up 4-6 hours after you fall asleep, you must stay awake for 10 - 30 minutes. Get out of bed, and relax in your favorite way.
The way I relax is by thinking and listening to some relaxing ambient music. Can I do this in my 10 - 30 minutes, or would this effect me?
Thanks,
Calum

I WBTB with the lucid dreaming song posted here, leaving it on as I fall asleep.
what song is that?

There are no real rules for lucid dreaming--if something works for you, then go for it! If music relaxes you but still keeps you awake for the WBTB, then listen to it.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend stuff like TV or the computer, but like I said everyone is different. For me that kind of stuff makes me zone out too much and I'll just dream about watching a screen (which, BTW, is the hardest type of dream to get lucid in IMO).
