ill try it out!
ok so few nights ago i figured out a new way to relax your mind
close your eyes and imagine your doing aback float on water like your weightless as your body floats ontop of water in the ocean or a pool.
then being to go down your body from the top to bottom focusing on your chakras then if you want to maybe astral project you can use this technique too by imagining your inner self sinking below you into the deep deep ocean as you watch the body above you fade away into darkness.
i hope this might help some people for getting relaxed
