Nlp Induced Lucid Dream

This is something in the making for me. I had recently made myself a Lucid dreaming NLP induction with my voice and a minicassette recorder. That night i tried it with the WBTB method and had a lucid that night.

I was thinking "hmm maybe other people like might this opportunity." So After more research I've decided make another induction that's designed for anyone. So, if i find that the one i make works For sure! would anyobody else be interested in an NLP induction that will increase your chances of LDing?

I'm very interested.

Which NLP technique are you using for this? I've been pondering using anchoring, but haven't pursued it.

Exactly what I was thinking, lately I've been trying WILD, and HILD with very little success.

I have one in the works already. I made a demo induction. tried it last night, no lucids, but my recall improved and i had some pretty exciting dreams.

I spend the first few minutes doing a formal induction "And as you begin to close your eyes in now, or in just a moment, And you can begin to think about your breathing and how already it's beginning to slow down" and then i go into stacking realities, which leads to a longer beach scene. from there i begin to weave in commands for Lucid dreaming and change realities again where i tell a story, that incorporates common dream sign achoring and jungian archetypes. I use audio, visual and kinethsetic anchoring. and then i end with telling your subconcious to come up with 3 unique ways you can become lucid as i begin to count from 20 - 1.

That is the basic format. I will upload the demo soon and then i want those who have tried it to give me some feedback on how i could make it better.
