      Is it possible to go from a completely awake state to a WILD?

      From what I've read here on dreamviews for WILDing it seems the only possible way to WILD is to wake up right before (or after can't remember) a REM cycle. Would it be possible to just go to bed without having any prior sleep, follow the normal procedure for WILDs and be able to have a WILD? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.

      Yeah, you could have a WILD that way, it's just easier if you just woke up from a few hours of sleep.
