Hello again
I heard somewhere that when you fall alseep, the rational side of your brain (left side) falls asleep while the right side (creative side, etc) stays awake. Well, what if there was a vitamin or something that could keep the activity of the left side of the brain more constant throughout the night, making dreamsigns easily noticable? Maybe even notice that you're dreaming every time you dream?
Any ideas?

Or that might just give you insomnia
Its a good thought, but I don't like the idea of screwing with sleeping patterns. They're there for a reason.
The body turns off the left hemisphere for a reason. I'm sure if you were to 'turn it back on', sleep would be more tiring than waking.
Just think of it as a muscle that needs to be trained, and worked out...the more you excersize it...the 'stronger' it gets...
KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL if you really want to remember those dreams of yours..
