Is it possible to WILD when you nap?

I wanted to know if it was possible because I'd prefer to WILD when I nap since it's not that dark in my bedroom.

It's possible. But most people find it much easier to WILD in the middle of the sleep cycle. As in, wake up to an alarm 4-5 hours into your sleep and then stay up 15-20 minutes before attempting.

The majority of LDers I know have never been able to LD during a nap. I've tried it on multiple occassions and cannot do it.

      Hope that helps!
