Thumbs down That was pretty close,

But my fear stuffed it up! This morning i nearly had a LD(I think). Atleast i had a false awakening.

First i had a normal dream (I think). I was dreaming about i was superman dragging a car wreck around in the air saying dun dun duuuuuuun. I was inside of it. I dreamed it Twice, Now here comes the creepy part. After a scene where i laughed at some buggy that drifted into a pig farm, then i woke up. First it was like a normal wakeup, i looked around but then it was like i got pushed into the bed again, and then a nearly had a crash (Something that happens to me when i force my body to wake or keep dreaming, i feel like my brain burns or gets electrically shocked). But i was lucky i got outta the 'crash' and then i woke up in some weird blurred/stuffed up version of my room. I looked at my computer as i wanted to play computer, but i couldnt. I got pulled into bed again and then i sleeped normally, and woke up when my father sais: "Bye bye". Thats it!

What did happended? What should i have done? And how?

ok, i think you did have a false awakening, and all you should have done was realise it at that moment, then you would have been lucid.

false awakinings are good, because if you do a RC every day when you wake up, as soon as you wake up, it means when you FA, you will automatically do a RC, which makes you realise you are dreaming, which means you LD

False Awakenings are a great way of becoming lucid. I have made it a routine to do a reality check every time I wake up. They have given me countless LD's.
