If you are getting SP when you just go to bed which seems highly unlikely, I don't think you can go lucid, just end up waking up. You didn't feel anything different afterwards because you had just gone to bed. And your second question; if you managed to stay conscious enough (it slips easily in WBTB and DEILD) you will enter the dream, I mean LD. You don't have to do more I think. Because just like you did it before when you DEILDed, you can do the same thing again. But I would suggest WILDBelive me, I've seen the differences between DEILD and WILD. Get up 4-5 hours later. Stay up 5 min. Go to bed and wait for the SP. If it doesn't come, be patient. One way or another it will.
