I could talk/type about WILD all day, since it really varies from person to person and there are so many ways to do it. Is there any more info you could provide? All I can say in general is really try to do it after waking up at night, at least until you can do it a few times. Try to relax as much as possible and don't think about WILDing or SP. Looking forward to hear more.

how should i find out i have SP without risking moving my actually body and having to start over seeing how its only my second day trying this im not really in that much for a hurry
