I have trouble with performing RC's. If I perform one, such as talking to myself or anything visual, I am actually in my room, not in the place I want to be. If I look around to check for the time, I can't see it because of my crappy vision. I am having some real trouble in just the basic performance of reality checks.

why do u need to perform reality checks? not sure if your lucid? if u think u are then just know u are. or i hear that if u cant see good say "clairity now!" or something affirmative
