I do not practice RC myself but know a lot of the people here have great results using them. My issue with them is that: a) I am lazy b)They are not completely reliable and do not offer immediate results
I suggest, in case they aren't working out for you, you also aid yourself with another method but continue to practice them. Sometimes they do come in handy...

) im gonna go all the way with the RC's. but right now im always in the middle of something and its just annoying to do RC's every hour
