Reality Check Passed in a dream
Apparently I wasnt paying very close attention. But in my dream, I was walking along a path along with lots of other people, and I saw this clock. The clock said "Jesus may have been the one to be aware in his dreams. And guess what, this may happen again" I thought to myself, wow, this is kind of weird, I may as well do a reality check. So I look at my hands, they look sorta normal, and I looked at the clock, looked away and looked back. In one glance - I didnt really read it all, it looked normal so I guess I said welp im not dreaming, and I didnt become lucid
.
How can I stop this from happening again?

yeah i saw the clock in the dream
and i wasnt looking at the time i was looking at the text around it

Ive heard its possible for old style clocks to pass RC's possibly since you have to realy pay attention if its jumping only a few minutes at a time. You might be better trying a diffrent method thats more reliable.

The reason why I asked if you saw clocks twice is cause I performed very unusual RC today

I was on the forest road and had some crazy reasoning in my head.
"unique events dont happen twice in real life".
↑ thought like this crossed my mind.And guess what, this may happen again[/b]
Then branch of tree fell behind me.
Aha! Now, if this thing happens again, I'll know it's a dream. And sure enough, same branch fell all around me at least 3 more times

Id say try another reality check thats more reliable. Find what works for you. THe RC where you pich your nose and try breathing through has been fail proof for me.
