Really Strange Patterns of Dreams.
Ok.. I had 2 weeks of EVERY night, dreaming I was down at my beach house. Then I bought GTA San Andreas and I had one night of a dream about that. Then i had a night of no dream recall.
Then i've started going into a weird cycle of LD's!!!! I had 3 in a row, two high-level and one low-level. The first one I was running in a variety of places, when I relized it was a dream, but I thought of my body and I woke up.. pretty much the same on LD #2. Low-level LD #3 was personal.. I'm not gonna talk about it yet.
Now this is annoying me, first of all, why now am I LDing all of a sudden, without trying.. Thats the good part. But the other worse part, is why do I keep thinking of my self laying down and then waking up. Its become commonplace, even in DEEP LD's. And once I start to do it, I feel as if i'm losing concentration.. most of the time though.. i have a false awakening, accept it, and forget the dream. No matter how hard I try I can only hold the concentration for about 5 seconds (dream time) at best before losing it..

Are you trying any techniques to avoid losing the dream and concentration, such as spinning, feeling your senses and looking at your hands???
If you havn't then these may help, if not then keep trying.
Hmmm with the lying in bed part becomming commonplace, it seems similar to habits, which you don't want to think about but always do. I suggest when you think about laying on your bed, try your hardest to think of something else. For example, in real life every time you think of going to bed, or find yourself lying down, think about it and then associate this thought/feeling to something completely unrelated, such as running.
Well keep trying is all i can really say
catchya mate
