just don't focus on it, your body is trying to figure out if your awake. if you ignore it, your body will be tricked into going to sleep. then a dream should start not long after.
I tried WILD once again last night, but as always i get the problem of always having to..swallow, itch myself, or just move.. im pretty sure like 99% of the reason is mental..like my mind is doing just cause i don't want it too, but what can i do? last night i was so close, i felt my hands numbing, and i saw colors, then..i just started to itch, any ways to avoid this crap?
