Study your Dream Journal.
You might want to ask yourself "Am I Dreaming?"

Become Familiar with the Feeling and Imagery of your Dreams. Like reading a book and you feel like you are in the story, read your Dream Journal and be in your Dreams, and become familiar with their feelings and ETC.

And may be this will induce a Lucid Dream.

Thanks, I'll do that tonight! I'm very confident about tonight so lucky me I read your advice! I've just finished my first note-book of dreams, I was thinking about skimming through it at some point.

This is totaly how I feel about recall, pure recall will always give you lucids with just the want to be lucid, I was going to make a topic about this soon, but I see that people would critizcise it.

In my oppinion we should put DJILD in the toturials, as one of the most effective methods.

I'm doing this workshop about interpreting your dreams (I'm the only guy in the group lol, but I don't care , so if ya wanna do some girlhunting, do a dreamworkshop lol)

anyway... the "instructor" had this handy tip I'm using it now and it's great for interpreting your dreams... just use these symbols (my mspaint skillz suck btw lol)

"Mr. Sandman, someone to dread
Someone who's creepy and after my head
So please turn on your magic beams
Mr. Sandman bring us
Please, please, please Mr. Sandman
Bring us a dream"

It depends on how you look at your dream journal.

For me I once got a massive 4 huge lucid's in one night one after another boost by just writing down dreams I hadn't written down yet (as I remembered one I remembered another, chain reaction of unwritten dreams that I wrote down)

And in the end, boom, 4 lucids without notice.
