Sudden burst of DILD's

The past two days I have had two long lucids every night and multiple semi lucids. I was totally suprised, because I'm doing basically nothing to try and have DILD's. One could call this chain of lucids luck, but I really don't think so. During those three nights and the dreams in them, I was MUCH more logical in my thought process and reactions, and more aware. I've been racking my brain for whatever could have triggered this, but I cannot seem to find it. The only main difference in sleeping pattern was that I went to bed about 30 minutes earlier and woke about 2 hours earlier. I'm totally stumped about it. Wondering if anyone else has had this kind of situation before.

My first year in Lucid Dreaming I was able at one point to track the days in between lucids. At one point I would have 2 Lucid Dreams with in 14 days. If I had a Lucid Dream one night, by the time 2 weeks passed I would always have another one--no matter what I did. Then I had 7 LD's in 10 days, and so on and so forth.

Now day's since I am getting back into Lucid Dreaming and actually trying more, I would have to say I average about 4 Lucid Dreams a month, but I can promise you it will become more

for me, having more lucids is sometimes a matter of just getting to sleep a bit early, like you said. i sleep a bit lighter in this case and it's easier for me to do my sleep practice.
