This is the noninduction technique, plain and simple.
My only real LD came to me through this method.
I has having extremely bad recal and insomnia from trying to LD so much. I occupied my mind so much that an LD was the priority over actual sleep. In other words, i focused way too much on something that needs a relaxed mind.
For all those on a dry spell, this is worth a try.
1. Stop writing in your dream journal and doing reality checks.
2. Dont WBTB and MILD or WILD, or any other techniques.
Simple.
What you should do is read a lot about LDs during the day. When you go to bed, its OK to have lucid dreaming on your mind, but dont expect it, because you are not going to use any induction techniques.
Like i said, this might work for those who are in a dry spell. Its atleast worth a shot.

i like the sound of noniduction technique better. And not writing in my dream jornal seems kind of dangerous to the odds not helpful...

As i said, this technique should only be used as a last resort for people on a dry spell. If you cant remember your dreams or go lucid, you aint got nothin to lose
Yeah. That's what I do. I get most of my LDs that way.
When I'm lucid, I can do things that you can only dream of.
