Well a job might help lol--no hard feelings---i use to be alot like you..stay up until 7 am every night...but after getting a job its like i find myself going to bed at like 10pm....idk, you tend to work yourself to death and are tired by the end of the day...who knows, it might help your sleep pattern get back on track

I've tried WBTB, but I either fall asleep after the alarm going off or cannot get to sleep. I have tried counting but it doesn't lead me to the mind awake/body asleep-state, just keeps me awake.
