Hi all,

I was just wondering if there's anything available that I could do during my day or when on the PC to help with my visualization. I feel that I can naturally visualize pretty well when doing a WBTB/MILD but I'm trying to improve it. I heard there's some tech whereby you focus on a single point? Sorry if it's been mentioned before but I couldn't find a thread about it. Am I wrong? Is this a tech in itself?
