Trying First WILD
I'm trying my first WILD tonight. Wish me luck. However, I will be subbing caffeine for 42 g of sugar. Will it work? Only one way to find out...
This is the date of my first lucid: 3/6/2010
It took WAY TOO LONG - but was completely worth it.

In my oppinion, I wouldn't eat tons of sugar before bed, just for health reasons. Since you are not using energy while you sleep, it will turn streight to fat. A few weeks of this and you are in trouble.

Ha, I fell asleep before step 3. I'll try FILD tonight. And also, I decided that sugar is going to end up killing me at 50, lest I be careful. But caffeine is bad for teenagers and hard for me to get my hands on. I guess I'll have to figure some other thing to do.
