Well I got farther than ever before with WILDs...

So I haven't been spending much of my time lately working on Lucid Dreaming, I just kind of forgot about it

But earlier this morning my cat woke me up, so I decided to just maybe try a WILD since I had the chance. It came pretty quickly, my body got that weird numb feeling, but it didn't become paralyzed, I didn't see any images either.

It just kind of slipped away after that, I didn't really think about it either, I was too tired. Better luck next time I guess.

Try to trick your mind into shutting down by doing *something*. That's what HI is for. Or just start visualizing stuff.

Doing something as in physically or imagine I'm doing something? I'll try thinking that I'm mowing the lawn next time I guess

Wheeee! I tried WILD this morning, although I didn't make it, I started to feel some REALLY intense vibrations, and my face crunched up for no apparent reason. No Images, but I thought it was cool

Well, I have good results if I just start thinking of some story...

Basically start daydreaming - it helps you relax and shifts attention away from your body.

After some time you *jump* into the image, and find yourself surrounded by the dreamlike images...

I dont know how to describe it- its not a daydream, yet not a dream...

More like trance or something... Very cool, and you have some degree of

      lucidity as well..

After short period of time, you will *feel* WILD sensations invading your

dreamlike state (proving that you are not in a dream). You may just wake

      up or enter genuine dream...

lol, I'm too tired to explain it any better
