One time I was laying there in bed and I heard a noise from the bathroom. It woke me up and I sat up instantly and looked out my bedroom door at the bathroom. As soon as I did, I was laying on my back and very strong, violent waves were rushing over my body. It was hard to breath and I couldn't move. The first thing going through my head was that "something" was in the bathroom and when I sat up it attacked me and took over my body. It was over after about 5 seconds and I just laid there feeling perfectly normal like nothing had happened. Even my mind was calm.
Was my body entering SP when I woke up? Are those the vibrations people talk about?

Nice. Thank you for replying. I'm looking forward to that happening again. Everytime I try to WILD, I am expecting something like that to happen to me and it's exciting to think about. I don't find it scary at all. I think it will be a thrill to experience again.

Yep, that sounds like some hypnagogia and sleep paralysis to me. Its cool to see you have a good attitude about it, even after the scary experience.
For me, I can handle the noises...I just can't handle actually SEEing the "presence". That's usually what gets me during SP.![]()
Been away from these forums again, renewed my quest for lucidity lately, and remembering back to childhood i used to experience "sheets of lead" but was not aware of what was happening, back then i was very gifted when it came to dreaming, something i lost as i got older as most do.
