What is the best lucid dreaming mask?
Hi
I am convinced that an EILD is the best solution for me.. I first tried lucid dreaming in 2007 and I've tried MILD VILD WILD and DILD FILD but it just does not work for me
I think my best option is an EILD. I say this because I've noticed two things. 1) All my dream recalls are from when I wake up but then go back to sleep again. Its not a WBTB, i mean like my alarm goes off but I decide to sleep an extra 15 minutes. When I wake up I will have a clear memory of a dream that happened within that time period. and 2) I woke at about 9 today and went back to sleep (remember, when I say wake I mean rolling over and going back to sleep). Well I had this dream that wherever I looked, a bright yellow spot stayed in the center of my vision. When I wake up, I realized that the sun had been shining at my face.. I think an EILD would be great for someone like me. Who has had a good experience with a lucid mask?

Not I, but remember, EILD just means external.
You can use a cellphone on vibrate, or at a very low sound setting.
Seems light would be the best for you... Look for a nightlight with a timer, maybe?

Hmm...I have had one successful EILD out of a few attempts. Each time I had heard my external device, but only once did I actually recognize it and become lucid. Still, I believe it can be effective. I pull up my iTunes and set a certain song on repeat. I turn the volume down to where I can "just" make out the words. I then have heard the song within my dream and the idea is to perform an RC whenever I hear it. I used the following two songs from this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=81880 They are actually about lucid dreaming. Good Luck to you!
