It should be possible to have a lucid dream in any position jdeadevel, so whatever position is the most comfortable for you would be the best one for you.

Lol yeah whatever position you sleep in is fine. I have had lucid dreams, on my side, my stomach, rarely on the back cause I don't sleep on my back and this usually ends up in SP >_> , but yeah I sleep on my side or stomach and have tons of Lucid Dreams.
