the hypnsosis one? well i think it does. in my experience i got 4 lucid dreams in less than a week, but there are other variables that could count for those. That was the same week that i took a break and stopped doing Reality checks..so it could be..i dunno.

I dont know if it works or not, it sounds promising though.

hey no prob. Also if it doesnt work the first time then keep trying. After i had those 4 lucid dreams and tried the HILD again, it didnt work. so i guess it might or might not work.

Well, it works for me. It might not work for everyone. They say that being easily hypnotized is a sign of intelligence, so don't say that you can't be hypnotized with pride Now, for me, I worked for nearly a year at self-hypnosis before I even started trying LDing. This means I did have a bit of seasoning. But, with a little practice, it should work for most people.
