what's your favorite VILD technique? I use Darth vader. He usually stands there breathing. He then exclaims "Daniel..*pshhh*..you must perform..*pshh*.. a reality check!" He then pulls his fist towards his body, epicly. The best part about it is that you can ask him tofollow you and he does (AWESOME!)

lol, your imaginations are't good enough. I don't know how to use links. But it just says VILD in the tut section.
Just imgine a white room, and then someone telling you that u are dreaming.Once you realise you are dreaming, then startthe scene again Or to do a reality check, it's sort of like a MILD. I woul reccommend doing it after a WBTB.
