      When Lucid Dreaming Do You?

Hey, I was just wondering when you have a LD (I've never had one.) when you wake up do you feel like you have slept or not?

If you understand what i mean.

(I mean like do you feel tried because your not in real dreaming state)

      Hi Linkz.

For me the lucid state only last for 30 sec so do not feel more tired at all... I wonder if those dreams that last longer feel more tired..?

Lucid dreams don't make me more tired when i wake up and i have alot of long lucid dreams.

I read somewhere that lucid dreams are just as restful as normal dreams if thats anything to go by.

You should feel the same when waking up from a lucid dream, you are not in a different dreaming state when lucid dreaming. I had a 40 minute or so lucid dream and actually felt less tired than normal. Hope this helped.

      ^Did that move?

No. You may feel like it's been a long day already but you won't have any signs of exhaustion.
      10 LDs and counting

Hey, remember that you only dream during a relatively small part of your sleep. I don't think you don't rest during an LD, but even if you don't, then the experience will make it worth it

the only exception to this is with WILD - because staying cosncious for a longer times requires more mental effort
