I am always that one step away from ld...altough i never had one but I feel that I am about to enter a ld, but i think i get overexcited or i just do something wrong...as i am lying in my bed in sp and i am beginning to see white patterns(not much but its something) they became more vivid and I can feel myself drifting into a dream...but NO, something always happens and i dont get there...any tips on how I can go "all the way"?

Also what are some good techniques for a beginner, other then WILD?

Hi, the reason why your not getting any replies is because this type of thread has been done too many times you should search around the forum more and youll find your answer or even post a question on a related thread.
Also you should check the tutorials on WILDS.

Hi

You shouldn't try a WILD if you're just starting to LD as its very hard to do, although some beginners have done it, I wouldn't recommend it.

If you want some easier methods, do RCs and use a dream journal to help induce a DILD or try a MILD with WBTB. They are much easier.

Hope this helps

I've find DILDing so easy that I've never bothered with WILDs. though I get SP quite often so maybe I should try.
It says my lucid age is 10 years+ that's true but I still have recall issues

I just started trying to Lucid Dream about a week ago. My first Lucid Dream came about from a WILD that i attempted. It lasted about 45 seconds but i had a high level of control. I think i may be somewhat of a natural when it comes to the WILD way though considering the whole reason i got into Lucid Dreaming was because i accidently put myself into Sleep Paralysis twice and scared myself! Not too sound to pompus though, it does take me around an hour and a half to WILD which is an enormous amount of time. I just downloaded the BrainWave Generator (just google it) and i'm going to try it tonight. I hope it helps, and good luck to you.
