      Search DEILD.

It is called a DEILD (dream exit induced lucid dream). The idea is for the dreamer to keep relatively still and keep their eyes closed upon waking from a dream. Soon your body enters directly back into the dream state within a very short time. Usually there isn't much SP/HH/HI at all. DEILD is a form of WILD. I suggest laying as still as possible and keep your eyes closed. Also stay calm and relaxed. Good Luck to you!
