WILD attempts getting harder to do
Just wanted to ask a question to those WILDers out there.
I set my alarm clock around 7:00 and I get into bed around 1:00, but now my body has gotten used to waking up at 7:00 that I start waking up naturally around 6:50 and I don't feel tired so I'm afraid that would interfere with my WILD if I'm not tired.
Also, everyone says it's best to WILD on your back but I can't really pull that off well. I can't sleep straight on my back with my arms at my side, I tried but when I woke up and I was on my back, but my arms were crossed over my stomach and my right foot was touching my left knee... So it looked like a "b" basically.
Can you guys post what position you do a WILD in? That would be really helpful.

WILD in whatever position you find most comfortable. The "on your back" information is outdated.
Perhaps you are naturally waking from the morning light? If so, use an eye mask. Otherwise, try to get more sleep if at all possible. Also, try setting your alarm an hour earlier.
