WILD and MILD someone please explain!

what are the WILD and MILD techniques? are they useful? do they help you to have LDs? do they help with dream control? i want so badly to be able to have a proper LD and control my dreams! i have treid the WBTB method and i get so tired but i know if i keep trying i should get somewhere. i dimly become lucid sometimes and vaguely remember the feeling of knowing im in a dream, but i never feel like i know it strongly enough to hold it and control it. thanx for listening xxx

Check out the MILD and WILD posts under the Tutorials. I believe you'll find what you're looking for there.
