      wild question

      when im sitting in bed trying to sleep sometimes i will like extend my arm to turn of the radio or somthing and realise that it was my dreambody doing the extending.. is this when your supposed to get up and walk around or somthing.

      yes, if it was your dream body moving then you were obviously dreaming, andd if you realised that while you were dreaming then you were lucid, so yes you should have got up and walked about(or fly about in my case)
