      WILD shaking eyes

Ive been trying to wild every night in an attempt to end my lucid dry spell, and have had some limited success.
Basically im lying in bed and I loose track of time, my mind clears and my body starts to feel numb and tingly, I get the felling if I tried to move I wouldnt be able to, but I dont want to interupt it so I just let it go.
But then as I start to see images and feel like im floating and spinning, my eyes start to go crazy and moveall over the place realy fast, like they are shaking.
when this happens I find it hard to keep them closed as it fells very uncomfortable, and then I come out of the state im in and find myself awake again.

This only happens without WBTB, any suggestions on what it is and how I stop it or controll it?

Try squinting slightly at that point, and/or look down slightly.
      Those work for me.

Sounds like the beginning of REM.

Try wearing a sleep mask maybe.

I have had a similar problem with my eyes when I try to WILD.
For some reason whenever I start to get really relaxed my eyes will roll upwards and my eyelids will start to open. When this first happened I though I was seeing hypnagogic imagery, but it turned out to be me just squinting through my eyes. Is this normal? Is there any good way to try to prevent this (besides wearing a sleeping mask)
