      WILD: Your eyes?

Whenever i try to WILD, i always find that my eyes are...shifty. They focus and unfocus, relax or tighten up -- i'm doing this all consciously because i have no idea what my eyes are supposed to do. I also find that when i relax them, i look slightly downwards. When i "flex" them, i look slightly upwards.

Is this a big deal? What does everyone usually do with their eyes during a WILD session?

I find that it's distracting; i start concentrating on how i should fix up my eyes.

I usually move them really up, since that's the usually position they stay when you're asleep hehe

but my eyes also bother me if I decide to focus on HI.. it's like I move them to see better (but of course it doesn't chaneg anything, HI happens on the brain)

I've never had this problem of being distracted by my eyes, so I had to think for a few minutes to recall what I do with them during WILDing. I relax my eyes and they tend to drift slightly downward. I focus on my breathing mostly when I WILD, but I've only ever done it about 5 times, so it's not like I've perfected my technique.

This has been happening to me too, my eyes get to the point when it feels like they are opening(which leads me to losing focus) does anyone know if this can be fixed by sleeping in a different position or is it something else?

are you trying to LD in a different sleeping position?

Use your normal and most comfortable sleeping position when you are ready to LD, laying in a different position to get relaxed before attempting to LD is also helpful to many people, but not all.

FOr me if I lay on my back perfectly symetrical I CANNOT sleep... my heart races ect

Acillis's technique is good for you than I guess. I tried it and it worked. I don't think I like it very much though. My eyes get tired and strained. But that's just me. Another way would be maybe to just ignore it completely?
Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
One day, she made a new friend. He liked the same bands, worried about the same subjects.
They decided to meet at the local mall. She went. So did he.
Only he wasn't in junior high.

1 in 5 children online get eaten by wild bears. And you didn't even know bears could type.
