Write about lucid dreaming.
IN THE WBTB method...during the time awake..just write "I am dreaming"...or write about lucid dreaming...JUST WRITE whatever you know...what I do is: write "I am dreaming" on a whole page...
It stays in your mind...It should work...I've only have done it once...
But in my dream...somebody asked me "How are the lds goin?"...of course the gullible loser I am in dreams..He kept askin' me about dreams and such...but I was just being mah normal self..so this proves that it did work of some sort...and 1 day I'll be like "Am I dreaming".
Maybe one day in mah dream I will tell somebody about Lucid Dreaming...and demonstrate a RC...and then "Hey, I'm dreaming"...That would be coo'.
I'm sure if you write, read, and think...Something about dreaming will bound to appear in your dream, making you second guess your self...walaah Lucid Dreamville.
WRITE WRITE WRITE WRITE....FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS...
I'm still working on mah first LD.

i read EWLD or read and post on this site during WBTB and it helps me a lot. in fact, i'm doing WBTB as we speak
i've tried the technique that your speaking of, i filled out a piece of paper with the phrase I AM DREAMING... didn't hurt, but i can't recall if it helped either. maybe i'll give it another try, im sure it helps imbed your intention into your mind a little better.

I was doing a WBTB this morning, but after an hour of trying to fall asleep I gave up because everybody in the universe decides to make an unbelievable amount of noise in the morning! Dogs barking, car engines running, lawn mowers, some jerk hammering something, etc.
