      Yet another WILD question...

      I am trying to find the average time it takes a person to enter the random flashes of light and colors stage of a WILD because I'm not sure if I am not attempting my WILD long enough or something and I know it varies for each person so that's why I am trying to find the average. So my question is how long does it take you (on average) to enter the random flashes of colors and light stage?

      Depends on how tired i am, usually about 5 - 10 minutes though.

      It's about 5-10 minutes before they come vivid, though.

      Usally you have to kind of find a happy medium.
      If you are not tired and you cannot clear your mind you will most likely get frustrated and never get to this point.

      If you are too tired you will likley fall asleep before you can achive HI.

      I myself like to be tired and use my own ambition to relax and stayed focused on not falling asleep. Let the hynagogic images come to me. Usually about 10 minutes or so.
