a dream girl

Hey all. Haven't posted much in a while, but I've had a dry spell and haven't had a lot to say. Enjoyed reading many of your experiences and discussions though.

So I finally had a few this week. The most interesting one was about this dream girl. I went walking and saw a tall, thin russian girl standing by a big mailbox. I stopped and talked to her and told her in my mind to say something about frogs to me. Why frogs? No clue, it just came to mind. But she didn't. instead she told me she was actually Oriental. I told her I thought I was Oriental in a past life because of this symbol on my hand. She looked at it and said something about how you could see a map of the area the symbol was from in the wrinkles of the skin between my thumb and forefinger. I asked her how to pronounce the symbol. She wasn't sure because there are many different pronunciations and dialects or something to that effect. We kept walking. When she caught up to me next, she appeared Asian (Japanese I think) and she was much shorter. Still had pretty much the same eyes though. Then I showed off a little bit by dancing around the rails of this restaurant. The restaurant was on these decks supported above a walkway in this sort of outdoor mall. It was a cool place. Then I sort of forgot about the girl and was looking at some other girls. I tried to get this waitress chick down below to catch me in her arms, but she didn't. So I just floated down to the ground below. The girls comes to me again. And I comment on her now looking hispanic. She asks me if I flirt with a lot of girls in my dreams and I admitted I often do. Then she says, "Why don't you just like me?" Then she offered to find me wherever I went in dreamland. And she kissed me. I couldn't resist because it was all such a blissful feeling. As we kissed, I looked with my left eye into her right eye and it was the same as the eyes she'd had in the two prior bodies. I wanted to ask her what her name was but couldn't break up the bliss. Then my cell phone went off and I lost her. She had called me by name at one point, maybe two different times, but I didn't get her name. Oh well. Maybe she will find me. Or maybe not. Anyway, just wanted to share.

Wow, if every guy had a dream guide like that, every one would be fine off...alright, joking!
but i must say that I THINK that, that might be your dreamguide. maybe, you should ask her?!

Well, she did not find me the past two nights. Not that I remember anyway. Maybe she did and I didn't remember it. Possibility. The weird thing about it all is that I have a girlfriend right now. So it's not like I'm looking for a dream girl at all. Just happened. As for her being my dreamguide, Lowercase, I don't think so because I met my dream guide once. His brother came to ask me over and showed me how to walk through the walls of my house. They lived just down the street and he told me he was the new leader of Russia, although he looked quite Indian as did his brother and sister (or maybe wife) who were also there. He told me to have a look around his house if I wanted. So I did. There were four rooms, each looked like a college student's room. Posters, a bed, tv, video games, magazines, etc. I asked him if there was anything really important he wanted to tell me. He said no, he just wanted to invite me over. Nice of him. So I went back to my house then. However, I noticed that the guy and his sister were watching tv. But afterwards I realized it wasn't tv at all. They were watching their mind's eyes on the screen. Crazy stuff, very cool.

I'll keep you informed if I meet up with the dream girl again.

Dreamguides? I dont really think I believe in that... coulndt it just be because you've heard about it/read about that some idea spawned in your mind, and you mistook some dreamcharacter for your dreamguide, from where your subconcious filled in the gaps and controlled that character..... Dont want to rain on anybodies parade, if you believe in it, then by all means... But for me its a bit unlikely that there's this thing in my brain that guides me throug my dreams.

Unless ofcourse Paperdoll comes in and smacks me around the ears with a quote from LaBerge ....

Very possible, CT. Could just be a construct of my subconscious. Then again, you never really know. That's one of the great things about dreams for me. The fact that we don't really know. So we use our imaginations to decipher our imaginations. Pretty sweet.

Man, that sounds like a pretty sweet dream. It sucks for me because whenever I meet someone really cool in a dream and try to find them the next night I never can. Oh well, maybe I'll be able to once I get more control.

I had a girl that kept reappearing in my dreams but once I started getting good at LDing she went away. Perhaps this female thingi is a guide for lucid dreamers to get a handle on things

Well... I guess its possible to call a dream construct that explains stuff for you, to give your subconcious a voice, so to speak.

Death, you should try find her again. If she's been in several dreams maybe she's important.

Death? Well she's only been in that one dream. As far as I know. Maybe she came in different forms but didn't reveal who she was. Or something. But yeah, no luck finding her, but I haven't been able to be very lucid lately. I blame pot. Actually I blame myself for smoking it, but it definately hinders my ability to remember.... to remember anything actually, but especially my dreams.

I think i should try to find her as well, but like you ive been loosing my lucidness, quite often now and i am starting to get pissed off. I sorta need some advice on how to be lucid again. Maybe its back to the start or something.

I totally know how you feel. I was going really strong with lucids every other night for a couple months, but the last 2 months or so it's been maybe once a week tops. And usually very low levels of either awareness or control. I think I may go back to the basics as well. LaBerge time! 8)

Importaint question 42 where her eyes sorta brownish blue? Because I think I've seen this girl somewhere in my older dreams.
