      FILDing problems

      Basically I need help.
Disregarding a few fleeting DILDs I've ahd a hard time becoming lucid, however, I've find FILD works for me on most nights.
The problem lies in the fact, everytime i become lucid everything is blurred and unbevaliably un-vivid.
Also, I find it ver hard to move my body, like invisible bonds are holding me back.
Also the dreams seem to fade after about a minute.

Any ideas why this is happening or how to overcome it would be appreciated.

      Thanks

      Imran

Perhaps you are not allowing enough time to pass before you start moving?
Read My Dream Journal for some reason!

Yeah, I think you should start allowing more time to pass before moving.
