      first lucid dream

      this is what i did in my first LD:

      I am sitting in the grass, when suddenly a huge yellow bus comes over a hill and dissapears again. "damn" this must be a dream. I become lucid. I stand up and start to run. As I run my speed increases and increases until I'm flying like a bird.
      I fly faster and faster till i can see a lake underneath me. "I want to jump in there" i think. Then i just let me fall down for a minute or two until i reach the water. i died and woke up.... sh*t

      That sounds like a nice first lucid. I am bad at flying but i can run fast.
      Did you do an RC when you knew you were dreaming?

      no i didn't. when is saw this crazy yellow bus i suddenly knew that it was a dream
