First Real Lucid!
Yayy. I had my first real lucid a little while ago, but didnt get around to posting it until now. soo...
I was walking down a hallway in my old Middle school, and this was after school had already ended. I was heading for spanish class, when i was all, wait, schools over! I then realized that I was dreaming, and I became lucid. I immediately started spinning on the spot, as to maintain lucidity, but also to change my surroundings. It didn't work, and I just got REALLY dizzy. lol. So i started kinda stumbling around a bit, the went outside. I then decided that I wanted to try flying. I ran down the road, and jumped up into the air.....
And came right back down with a thud. A group of people just came around and started staring at me blankly while I continued to try and fly. Then my mom came over and gave me a tattered pair of green wings. I put them on, but my face continued to meet the ground. After that, I lost my lucidity for a while, and I dont remember some of that part. But, after a while, I came back lucid because I decided that this dream was boring me, and I wanted to wake up. I went to the hallway my dream started in, and made a door appear. I walked through the door, saw myself sleeping, anmd kind of floated back into my body, trying to make myself 'stick'. I focused on opening my eyes, and then I woke up. And THAT was my first real lucid dream.
I had a few problems with this lucid dream. Mainly, dream control. I barely had any. I kept telling myself "Okay, since its a dream, you can do anything" It didn't work. I dont think i really truly beleived that I was dreaming, because there was really nothing too unusual about it. Besides the wings, school being over, and the appearing door. So if anyone has some really good tips on dream control, I would really appreciate them.
Anyways, please reply

Thanks
I really appreciate the help. Ill have to try that the next time I have a lucid (that may be a while). The thing with me is, that Ill remember that during the dream, and then ill try to not thinking about it, but in my attempt to not think about it i think about not thinking about it and then I acheive nothing whatsoever. To put it a BIT more simply: I think waay too much. I need real self-control to do anything. The same thing happens when im trying to go to sleep, I think about going to sleep, and ultimately it makes me not go to sleep. Confused? Yah.. lol. I can be confusing sometimes. If you got ANY of that, I award you with a gold star =D
