A hello - and a first dream! Huray!

I had my first dream, so I guess it is time to get to the forum Heya all

I had a dream in which I could jump great heights, but suddenly realised that that wasn't possible: so I had to dream! I tried to fly, but started to wake up (well, I was exited), so I tried spinning - and hey presto I got somewhere... unsure where, because I lost my lucidicy then...

But it was very cool that I managed Lucidicy 2 days after hearing about it ! I'll be back...

      Cheers

Congratulations and welcome to the forum! Achieving your first lucid dream (that you remember anyway) is by no means a small endeavour. Flying is indeed a lot fun, but as you said, it's easy to become too excited. Try again next time, and remind yourself to remain calm.

      Good luck!
Each new day is a chance to turn it all around.

      congrats! ^_^

I wouldn't suggest flying in your first lucid dreams, a good thing to do now is to work on staying calm and staying in your lucid dreams as long as possible. I also recommend the technique MILD, which you can read about in this forum, just do a search. good luck and welcome to DreamViews! ^_^

Wow, thanks for the warm welcome

I had no dreams lately - but I've been so buisy that I don't do checks often... this weekend I'll try again...

I wondered, how lucid can you get? I knew I was dreaming, but I wasn't in complete control; everything still looked fady and some things happoned without me in control.
