      Talking ...morning IS the best time for LDs!!!

      This morning I had another LD! YESSSSSS! I went to bed at 1.45am, woke up naturally at 7am without recollection of any dreams, woke again at 9 by the buzzer, WBTB and if it wasn't for some stupid idiot calling my cell phone at 10.47 I'd have had a longer LD!

      I'm so very excited!! I'll try again tonight! I need to gain more control of my lucid dreams though! any tips?

      mornings are the best time for LDs! When I wake up and fall back to sleep is when I get the most.

      I agree that mornings are the best time for lucids too. Most of my lucids occur after 7-8 hours of sleep and after daylight breaks. Congrats on your lucid btw.
