Mind posting a link to this program? Also how do you hear the messages headphones or computer speakers?

No, there aren't any sounds, just messages flashing on the computer screen. You can keep the program on the whole day, it doesn't slow the computer.

HAHA, I'm gonna try this. I wonder if my brain is actually reading these dumb messages on my screen lol.

This seems really interesting to me. I just installed the program and added things like "I will have a lucid dream" "I will remember my dreams" "I will be able to tell when I'm dreaming".

I'll post tomorrow whether this helped or not.

I used a similar program and after three days i had the longest LD ive ever had with full controll.

Havent had another in weeks tho

Dude don't understimate the power of sublimal messages. They indeed communicate with your subconscious mind without you noticing.What this program does is it uses the laws of the subconcious mind to send the messages. the hint, these messages are sent so fast that you cannot consciously afford to read then( this is to trick the subconcious mind into desifering them for you. Why do u think there are times when you're watching tv and all of a sudden u see like a Coke for exanple flash very fast on the tv screen and there seems to be no comercial about the specific coke but just a very very fast flash that u cannot consciously see unless consciously aware that this had happened.. huh?...let me tell u why: U see, advertising companies have obtained much information on how sublimal messages work that they've developed a technique or as they call em, "hidden messages in their product" u may see in ordinary posters of lets say of a pepsi can, this poster nomatter how simple it looks, could have a hidden visual message....these messages can be visual and auditory, havent u heard of that guy named zeppelin something. what he did was hide hidden messages of possible demontic worships in his music...its very interesting if u look it up but yes...MY point is: why do u think sublimanl messages are used so much? they are real whether u like em or not!!!!! WHY NOT U GIVE IT A SEARCH ON "SUBLIMAL ADVERTISEMENT" so u can see my point...

Is it normal if I see the text blink every time? Or should I speed it up from the default?

Guess I'll have to wait till they come out with an OS X version - my PC has Win98 on it and just sits there in my computer room.

Yeah I have tried this with no success given the different backgrounds on the screen's and wepages, and movies that you might watch the text isn't always readable >_>, but I guess if it works for you well thats just darn fantastic ^_^

If you don't pay attention to the blinking text you won't "see" it. I have default settings on this program, and I don't know what happens if I set the messages blink faster..

you dont have to stare at the text messages.. the point is just leave it there flashing while u use your computer...its your subconscious level that picks these up.. u can either be surfing the web and reading stuff and these messages blink sending commands to yur subconscious mind...u dont have to sublimally stare at then just surf and do yur things normally and let your subconscious do the learning ok//

So I've been on and off my computer all day with these messeges running with I'm on it. Some how I feel like it's helped lol..but then again that's probably just me really wanting a lucid. I'll report back tomorrow morning to tell you the results.

Yep u do that. the reason i got only little results was because i've been hooking on too much "ice tea" at nights..I didnot know ice tea cuts down on your sleep and i been having problems because of it.. goodbye ice tea and im so happyy i finally realized the cause of lack of sleep im havingGET tipsey!!

Whats the best message to display for you to have Lucid Dreams?

Btw, im trying it out too. I post back any success.

Edit: I was thinking, could you turn this into a reality check thing? Like, have one im dreaming and your concious will later have one I am dreaming and it will realise your dreaming and you'll become lucid ect?

My message list looks like:

"You will be aware that you're dreaming!"
"You are in a dream!"
"Do a reality check!"
"THIS IS A DREAM!"
"Check your reality!"
"You will remember your dreams!"

"THIS IS A DREAM!" I chose to have in capital letters cause these messages can pop up at any time from your subconscious while dreaming, and this is the one I'd prefer the most.

Well, had this running all day yesturday while I was on the computer. I woke up, and couldnt remember any of my dreams which is rare. Then again, I had a bad sleep pattern but I wouldnt blame the program. I think this would actually work too.
