just wondering if anybody remembers things that are said in dreams that make absolutely no sense. like i said this one time out loud while dreaming: "Three minors were arrested today at the red X fireworks tent while under the suspicion of possession and possible use of drug paraphernalia due to the using of the phrase "glass lips". they were later released from custody after authorities discovered it was only a mere description of a child kissing a rare Russian ceramic donkey on display."
Once I had a dream about my middle school Vice Principal. A big pack of wolves was coming toward us, and he said, "Quick, HEAD FOR THE HILLS!"
And all my days are trances,
And all my nightly dreams,
Are where thy dark eye glances,
And where thy footstep gleams.
-E. A. Poe

There is actually another thread with the same topic, Pyrofan1 gave the link. LOL it is hilarious what we come up with in dreams. I don't know what makes us/DCs say such weird things.

Do you know the terror of he who falls asleep? To the very toes he is terrified, Because the ground gives the way under him, And the dream begins... - Friedrich Nietzsche
wow and you remembered all that?
not exactly, i woke right up after saying it to myself and i typed it so i wouldnt forget.

hmm...
One time I said "buh-dunkel dunkel" when I woke up for absolutely no reason.
The same morning I was dreaming about being in a grid of giant slices of bread, but someone knocked one peice down and there was a domino effect, and I went on a rant in the real world.
does that count?
some terms my nonlucid dream self and other DCs have used that don't make any sense but were used to describe creatures in my dreams:
knights- very small agile horses with buck skull fastened over their heads [from an apocolyptic dream]
turkeys- people with typically british or irish features that can turn into turkeys
last night I had a common theme of asking people what the slang term for a pack of gum was throughout at least three dreams. I was determined; it was on the tip of my tongue.
The term I was looking for of course was just based on a dream hunch that had relevance in the waking world.

In one of my dreams (non lucid) someone was like: "Woah! That was a Tom Cruise moment!" I don't understand what relevence Tom Cruise had to anything that happened in the dream though.
