What you experienced is pretty common to those having Wake Induced Lucid Dreams. That is when you pass from being awake directly into a dream.
This is my first post and it's about the last time I had a dream.
Last week I woke up to take my parents to the airport in the morning and then I went back to sleep after. Football was on tv and I started to go to sleep and I kept hearing the tv so I kept thinking about the football game. As i drifted off to sleep, i felt as if my whole head was shaking. It seemed like I was vibrating a lot and then I was able to get up and start walking around. When I got up I was then in control of my dream completely. I watched the football game and I walked in the bathroom and was able to look at myself. When the dream started fading and I felt like I had to wake up, I leaned my head to the side and I started vibrating again. Does anyone else feel themselves shaking during a LD?
