I had a snooze earlier which ended up taking me into a lucid dream. Like you said, sight tends to be the only sense I use in dreams, but this one seemed very stable so I tried out touch. (I heard that's a good way to improve dream vividness, feeling stuff)
I ejected a tape from a car radio and played about with that in one hand. It was really strange because I'd never intentionally done that (felt something) in a dream before and the sensation was kind of intense.
Later on, there just happened to be a jam sponge cake sitting there, so I ate it. It was so delicious I made a thread about it in this forum
So far, any senses other than sight I've used have been more intense than normal. I recommend trying a cake. seriously![]()

) A few nights ago I had a dream that was very vivid, sound wise. As for touch, I can only remember experiencing it once, When I stuck my finger into a candle. I can not remember ever experiencing taste or smell. Basically I only experience hearing in my most vivid dreams. Is there any way I can gain these senses?
