      Control

Hey, Im new to this and i became fully lucid for the first time the other night. I was told by a friend if you become lucid in a dream try and look at your hands. I did this and it was all good. I put my hands down and thought to my self were they really my hands and i looked again and they were all disfigured, Whats up with that? Also what else could a beginner try? Peace.

Dreams are chaotic. Everything changes if you focus on it and look back.
It's like a *law* (with some exeptions).

I guess you havent seen digital clock yet! first time I saw them, they went berserk. Now they are much more modest

The key is to use this changes to become lucid again. Unfortunately we hardly ever look at clock twice...

You may want to try digital clocks, light switches, words and pictures to become lucid...

      Welcome Sensi.

Thats great that you've have the ability to Lucid Dream. Ev pointed out something great for you. You can utilize looking at your hands as your Dream Sign to always capture Lucidity. Anyway there are several threads floating around that you may find well worth your time to venture off and try different things in Lucid Dreaming. Good Luck and have fun.
