I'm trying a similar experiment.
For now I have a 5 minute MP3 with suggestions to become lucid.

I'm experimenting with changing:
1) time of night when file is played
2) volume levels (this one has been hardest, many times file either woke me up or was completely ignored)
3) length of file
I also experiment with playing a file during WILD attempts. No success so far, but found that I needed a file at least 10 minutes long, and that it helped me to get closer to WILD without just dropping into deep sleep.
