      lost control

      when I'm controlling my deam suddenly I lost control ?????? and I try to back but I can't !!! why.?...what will I do? could you help me?!!!

      you mean you "forget" you'r dreaming, or that while knowing it's a dream, you just don't have any pratical control anymore?

      sometimes i feel like i got "tired" using control and then can't make any more change in that LD for a while, but i'm not sure you can really get tired, maybe it's just an illusion...

      I don't know but I think it's not "tired" mabe you can say ......have no power to control sometimes ??!

      Being lucid and having control are not dependant on each other. Sometimes I have LDs where I have no control at all, and some of them I'm able to control. Also, you can control a dream without necessarily becoming lucid, too.

      Just keep practicing!
